Hi can anyone tell me if D9016 was delivered with or without the small yellow warning panels?

All of the production series were delivered without yellow panels, with, to the best of my knowledge, the exception of D9021. I saw all of them on at least one of their ECML acceptance trials, and '21 was the first one I recorded with a yellow panel.
